The FLEDC meeting was called to order at 8:30am on Wednesday, June 16, 2021. A quorum was not present at the beginning of the meeting. It was decided to skip to agenda item 6 ‘Status Report' Review’, in order to proceed with the meeting while waiting for a quorum. Bill Holgate joined the meeting at 8:49am, creating a quorum and allowing the meeting to continue.
